This is a my testimonial on how to survive an economic depression. I am writing this from my personal experiences, so this may not hold true for everyone. In my opinion the best cure for an economic depression is the creation of a home based business. I can easily say this because the downfall of the mortgage industry was the beginning of my internet marketing career.
Many times in life we get to the point where are too comfortable, there are passions that we want to pursue, but never have the guts to take the plunge. An economic depression can actually cure the fear we have and provide us the ability to chase the dreams that we felt were no longer alive. I always wanted to have a work at home business that did not include any bosses, employees, or quotas.
Even though I was self employed as a real estate investor, my days was still controlled by the banking industry, inadequate contractors, and stressful deadlines. I nearly panicked when this stressful world that I loved was stripped from me. I had to find a way to find the answer to the question; How to survive an economic depression?…And my answer is affiliate marketing.
My formula as to how to survive an economic depression using affiliate marketing is a simple one. The only work involved in this formula is educating yourself on the proper ways to market online.
The Formula:
Join An Affiliate Network:
Think of something that you are passionate about that you actually love doing. It can be just about anything. Since everyone I know loves sex, we will use sex as an example. Join an affiliate network that you can find a product on your passion.
Find Some Good Keywords:
Get a good keyword tool so you can research what words other people use when searching for your product of choice. If you search the Clickbank Marketplace for keyword sex, you should have found several ebooks about relationships, lovemaking tips…etc. You can add these words to your keyword tool and perform a search.
Narrow Down Your Competition:
Once you have generated a few popular keywords, you can do a search in Google for with your keywords in parenthesis. This tactic will let you know how many competitors are using your keywords on their websites or articles. The best case scenario is to target a keyword with less than 5 thousand competitors and write an article about your product with the keyword included in the title. Submit your article to Ezine Articles and you stand a great chance of making the front page of Google.
Get A Little Creative:
If your article does not make the front page on the first try, then its time to get a little nasty. Submit unique versions of that same article using Unique Article Wizard and use your keyword as an anchored text back to the original article at Ezine Articles. This will generate a minimum of 1000 one way backlinks back to your article and should boost your to the front page.
Get Educated:
Choosing a different product or keyword on your niche weekly and replicating this method will start to create some income. The next step is to take the time to learn how to market online to receive some real traffic through advance sem methods. The ability to master solid marketing techniques will make your home based business experience very fulfilling because your are promoting your passion.
